Fulfillment

Checkout displays the shipping, pickup, or local delivery methods currently offered for the order. Tracking and pickup instructions are sent when available. Carrier and arrival estimates cannot be guaranteed.

Delayed products ship or become available after stock arrives. Review any availability notice before ordering.

Returns and order issues

Use the secure contact form within 7 days of delivery if an item is damaged, incorrect, or missing. Include the order number and useful photos. Return eligibility depends on the product, its condition, and applicable law.

Terms of service

Prices are in Canadian dollars. An order is confirmed after payment and stock checks succeed. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the store will contact the customer and refund any collected payment.
